I'd like for all my fellow travelers to stay safe as we roam over the holidays. As one who has worked in many hotels, I've seen that the holidays can unfortunately be a dangerous time to travel, as more criminals seem to be out and about.

These tips could make a difference -- I already had one reader say that he had been drinking last night, met a girl at the bar, and did not pursue it further because he had read my article!
