I was talking to my Mother the other day

and she told me that I wore hearing aids when I was five years old. I had a body aid with the harness. Cords going up to buds in my ears. Anyone else ever wear one?

1. No, I started in late 40's. That sounds like something.

2. Yup. I remember - I was 5,6 years old

and was going to a public school where I wore a hearing aid with a harness. We eventually grew out of it when technology improved. I still wear a digitial BTE hearing aids.

3. I have all in the ear

but hear now pays for it. I think next time I am going to get BOE because they are easier to keep clean.
