2. This speech was given in 2002 before the vote, and even if it were given today...

Kucinich certainly did not authorize war in Iraq, nor did I.

3. I think the critical point is that the speech was before the IWR vote -

and Kucinich fought against it. His "we" referred to "Congress" and the IWR did authorize an attack on Iraq so the critical point is that the speech was before the IWR vote.
