...Directed by Robert Greenwald! A MUST SEE film for anyone who loves America and hates being lied to.

What surprises me is that so many people here (and the guy who posted it at You Tube, without giving any credit to the Producer or even the source of the clip, by the way) that this is still news to them!

9. I agree that Greenwald should have been credited

but watching the re-edit in a few minutes on YouTube is considerably easier than watching the whole of Outfoxed which on the double DVD version extends to over 8 hours. Robert Greenwald always seems to allow complete freedom of use of his material anyway. If you buy Iraq for Sale there is even a leaflet enclosed encouraging you to print and distribute as many copies as you wish to do so.

12. Eight hours?

I'm assuming that's the original movie plus a bunch of extras, right? The original movie only runs about an hour and 20 minutes. What do they add that extends it to 8 hours?

13. I bought the pack

which had two DVds - It's titled 2 DISC SPECIAL EDITION FEATURING 8 HOURS OF BONUS MATERIAL. The additional material is spread across both discs I guess and includes, for example, another 165 unshown interview clips and related resources etc.

I always buy DVDs to help support the makers and that's despite the fact we get most of these documentaries on TV in the UK anyway. I know that quite a number of such docmentaries are also available online but I hate watching stuff on a computer.

I may think about getting the special edition, but I hate the way they try to sell you the same thing twice by holding out on the extras on the first edition.

Most of these DVDs whatever I only became aware of via DU over the past 12 months. :toast:
Because I'm buying them sometimes a long time after they were released I can pick and chose on price and source.
