1. I would pay $1,000 to see a video if this were literally true.

2. After watching, I'm not as impressed
Why was Liebermann nodding during Hagel's supposed "rant"

Looks more like a setup between them.

Liebermann says crap, and Hagel calls him on it?

Hagel, who was one of the first to steal an election is suddenly a hero?

Please, it was a setup to make Hagel look good, using the known anger against Liebermann.

There's no way the rethugs are going to go against that piece of crap from Conn. Not when they need him to sabatoge Democrats in the Senate.

It's crap and and bullshit. Hagel is as big a moron as he ever was.

3. that was one weird response
Dodd and Kyl were nodding too. They all do that on these shows.

Nobody says Hagel is a hero, but he is an articulate and well-informed critic of the war in Iraq, while Lieberman is one of it's most stupid and dangerous proponents.

A setup? Yeah sure, they all got on the phone and discussed how Joe was going to throw this one just so he could make Chuck look good. Next week, it will be Joe's turn to shine, per their top secret agreement. :eyes:

4. And you don't think it's all planned in advance?
Of course it is. These are politicans. They can't do anything without knowing what is going to happen.

And yes, Liebermann is a lapdog for Bush. There no way rethugs will piss them off without knowing in advance it was okayed.

Why else is Lieberamann given a chairmanship? Because he controls who has that ability to give these out.

And I've read more than enough posts, here and elsewhere, calling Hagel a hero for standing up to Liebermann.

It's sad that anyone is falling for this shell game.

Hagel cheated his way into office, and he hasn't changed into an honest man looking out for America.
