John Edwards said these words on Sunday in remembrance of MLK and his call against the war in Vietnam.

It is a betrayal..

To stand silent and watch 37 million of our own brothers and sisters who literally live worrying survioring every single day..

I also believe it is a betrayal...

Not to speak out against an escalation of the war in Iraq.

It is the first time I've ever seen John Edwards really sing. And it's first time in a long time since January 1992 I've seen such a beautiful celebration for MLK.

The first thought that came to mind, unity. Imagine, a united America, once again. Yes, with Edwards leading the way. I for one, will sleep better, when John & Elizabeth lock the doors behind them at night, at 1600 Pennsylvina Avenue.
