4. My guess is Gonzales was told this case would be discussed

and still showed up unprepared to address it. Leahy is not one to easily lose his temper... it was long overdue.

What is that strange feeling I haven't felt for so long? It is familiar, it is pleasant, but it has been so long from me. Could it be? Could it be some small sense of honor and joy at being an American is returning to my body? It is faint and weak, but I think Senator Leahy has given me something here that I haven't felt since, oh, right about Iran-Contra.

Please, Senator Leahy and all congress critters: I need more! Smoke the little neocon devils out of their caves! Yeehaw!
