I recorded the event. It was awful that it rained the whole time but from what I hear, it was worth it.

7. It was unbelievably cool - unreal stuff happening in Little Rock

All the politicos (though I could have done without the Bushes), celebs and lots of "commoners." In addition to the name entertainers, they had groups from all over the world.

The Clinton Presidential Center is very interesting, and the Clinton School of Public Service is always having speakers in.

I loved the song when it was 'out' - but didn't understand the full meaning (too young, and not yet aware); later understood it and appreciated the song (and the group) even more; today the song has so much more meaning - far beyond the Ireland conflict - sadly generalizes to today.

I had heard a lot on the radio about this, but here's a pretty interesting article inthe New York Sun about donations to the library, inclduing those made by the Saudis. It also talks about donations from top level oil countries to Bush's library. A good read: Saudis, Arabs Funneled Millions to President Clinton's Library It's a pretty balanced and informative article.

These presidents will take money from anyone, apparently, to build their so-called legacy.
