This would be even more fun if I thought that the Democrats were capable of doing ANYTHING against ANYBODY who is breaking the law. Sadly, these snarky comments are all it will come to.

1. I think it goes beyond the snarky comments --

Biden is holding his feet to the fire, trying to get a straight answer. His disgust with Mukasey's crap (you belong in the State Department, man) is evident. It's an indication to me that Biden, for one, will not be buying the AG's line just because he's the AG.

That being said, I agree it is frustrating, infuriating, and discouraging that with so many of our "good guys" fighting the good fight, be constantly smacked down.
