Doesn't mean squat. Phil Gramm represents everything's that's wrong in the economy But only for us working stiffs, which the GOP could care less about. So we're not out of the woods yet. Unless you think that Gramm being gone is a bad thing. He's still very powerful in the Grand Opportunity Part. So let's not let down the barriers yet. He's not really gone.
