Oversight & Govt. Reform Committee member, Representative Virginia Foxx (R-NC) identifies the real culprits on cutting veteran budgets and showing no respect for veterans. She also highlights the finer points of the effects of of privitization at Walter Reed. The no-nonsense congresswoman identifies everyone who is at fault, funnily enough, none of them are high ranking republicans.

This has to be seen to be believed, thankfully she is called on her bullshit by the caller at the end of the clip.

The accountability thing is funny. Of course I know that she is only spouting Republican talking points and they happen to be about 30 years old but she says that taking it out of the government will necessarily make it MORE accountable...huh? Right now if a constituent were to have a problem they could contact her and she could get things done or maybe she is always busy threatening her staff with firing (HEY I found someone in the federal government who CAN be fired) or maybe she just sets the example of futility herself. How is this accountability working out with Halliburton? How about with helicopter mechanics Dynacorp charges us with? How can you make corporations accountable other than suing them (is she for that?) cutting off funding (her job)? I doubt it.
