6. Clinton scandal

Depends on how deeply he was involved in this; ie whether or not he knew and kept it silent because he did benefit personally. If you'd believe freepers, Clinton is personally responsible for everything that went wrong during his presidency - and for what went wrong during the presidency of his successor.

Same thing with Mena airport (CIA narcotics trafficking) - in spite of the fact that the Mena issue exists since long before Clinton, and still exists. Freepers would have you believe it was a project personally managed by Clinton.

5. In the the case of factor(s) 8 and 9 for hemophilia

treatment it is not just a prison system scandal. If any one has ever "donated" plasma for money that is what the plasma is used for. The company that does this commercially has changed it's name 3 times in the past 10 years, it has been Cention, Aventis, and now ZLB plasma services, it is the SAME company and it's parent is Bayer drugs.
