1. If you have to go to war

it should be instantly taken from the control of the civilians, and left exclusively to the military
It should be decided what results are to be attained by the civilian element, and then turned over to the military, the pResident of the U.S. should be automatically restrained and put under a gag order and told to keep his mouth shut and hands off, and let people that actually know what they are doing accomplish what needs to be done, if Bush Or Nixon or Johnson had been in charge of the Military during WW2 we would all be speaking German right now,,,I'm done ,,,,Welcome Home Brother
