1. Is there a legal definition of terrorist. How does a high court

determine if the person whose mail is collected and kept is or is not a terrorist legally?

Now we know why the right wing has been harping at the nation about the courts not making the laws. I kinda think it was a diversion since, in actuality, the White House is making the laws.

If yes, that was a neat little trick and they started harping during the Clinton years. Obfuscation. Just like a battlefield - the horses and riders split up, then someone puts their hat on the tip of their rifle and move it to allow some shots to go off.

2. Not only are we barbarian invaders and plunderers who also use

communism , nazism, fascism, military dictatorship, right wing capitalism, inquisition torture, court jesters with their kings, religious dictators, we also throw in vigilelantes, and lawmaker Presidents in our phony democracy.

I suggest that y'all get together, and now, and impeach him. The other alternative, of course, is to send most of this administration to the hague.

4. email a copy of the US constitution to yourself regularly

in the hope that some spook will end up reading it.

I think it says something about keeping your papers secure and free from warrantless scrutiny.

5. That is right...specifically...Bill of Rights...

Amendment IV

"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."


However, the email traffic in this country travels over PUBLIC and PRIVATE cables and fiber. That is where they are gaining access. Kind of like stepping on a public sidewalk and being filmed walking down the street by a local news show - you are not part of the show and may not like being filmed, however, in public spaces it is legal to take pictures. Of course, I am not an attorney, that is just my understanding, I would welcome enlightenment if I am wrong (which, I admit happens ;-))

FYI, I recently ordered the big posters (Constitution, Declaration and Bill of Rights from USHistory.org). I remember reading in some article that people who have these replicas and or talk about rights and the constitution or perhaps read Thomas Paine are of 'special interest'.

I wonder if I made some list...I ordered the posters and then several books, all online, with my CC...easy tracking.

6. Great idea!

I've got the Declaration of Independence, the Preamble of the Constitution, and the Bill of Rights in frames on a wall in my house, but emailing them to myself regularly is an even better idea!
