any wonder what happened with Bush election & Supreme Court now?

High time we stock that Supreme Court and Federal judgeships with as many progressive, activist judges as are out there and stop this belly achin' that it isn't going to get through the 'filters'. We can see what kind of crap DOES get through the filters, and it smells like the same junk the more we see of it. And the GOP talks about activist judges - look no further than that video.
