6. Jan's just disappointed me right there.

There's no one left supporting Blago. The guy's had a federal investigation camped on his doorstep for a long time now and he's still unable to keep himself from wheeling and dealing. But she's shocked and upset that he was arrested at his home.

Sounds like she's still hedging for that senate appointment for herself, so she won't be critical of the Guv so long as he remains officially the Guv.
