1. Wow - I give Shelby's receptionist a lot of credit for being so patient and listening...

That guy was shrill, rude and LOUD...

It was hard to listen to him...

I would have hung up on him LONG ago...

He did everything but swear at her...

NOT the kind of spokesperson we want on our side, even if his points were all valid and spot on...

I appreciate the callers passion, but I think he blew it with this Confederate comment. What the hell is that about?

3. This guy was a tool - I hope he keeps his drunk dialing to himself from now on.

He is the guy that you don't want speaking for you. Great, so he yelled at the secretary, but he really did not make the case that I think that he feels he did in his head. It sounded more like the kind of arguments that you hear out on your smoke break at work. Some facts are correct, some aren't, but all said with the same level of passion and not with a whole lot of tact.

The worst thing about this guy was the obnoxious, sarcastic, whiny tone in the way he delivered the message. I had to pick up a nearby phone and hang it up a few times just to make me feel better.
