McNeil News Hour on PBS profiled this program last night. It's really amazing!

At Cedar Ridge Elementary in Eden Prairie, hundreds of children helped prepare thousands of meals for hungry children in Honduras as part of the Children Against Hunger program. The school's goal was to prepare 60,000 meals on Dec. 16. In this video, first-grader Brian Frusciante and volunteer Crystal Kokaltake discuss their progress.
