3. I'm curious as to whether or not the credit reporting agencies

and Fair Issac are going to be brought into compliance with regards as to how credit ratings are going to be determined in the future. Like real penalties against Experian, Trans Union and Equifax for not doing what they are legally obligated to do with regards to correcting mistakes on credit reports as outlined by the law.

Quite frankly-- you want to help the taxpayer? Clear everyone's credit report to 750--to match Wall Street and the banks getting$750b. That would be some Main Street relief.
