The actual moment of impact is missing, CNN didn't include it for some reason...

1. "The actual moment of impact is missing,"
Why is that? Zionist controlled media? Cameras all failed? It wasn't an Israeli vessel? It was actually an accident? Provocation by the rammed vessel? Maybe it really did happen?

4. Was everyone below decks when they were 'rammed'?
Not only no video, there don't seem to be any eyewitness accounts from the CNN crew, McKinney or other passengers. The reporter is just stating what the captain and crew of the Dignity told him. And in a video I saw on this last night the reporter said that according to it's captain, that the Dignity can only make 12 knots( as opposed to the fast evil j00 boats)- which sounds like total bullshit for a 60' pleasure craft. I doubt the Israelis are being totally upfront about this incident either but I suspect it was a collision not a ramming, and it'sbeing played for a good pr opportunity.

15. If you have every been on the water at night you would understand
more. The boat behind was shining a bright light at the 'McKinney" vessel which makes it impossible for those aboard to see in the dark. The approach of another vessel with or without normal navigation lights would be very difficult if not impossible to see.

6. And Your Point Would Be That The Israeli Military Was Not Responsible?
When will you stop making excuses for the Israeli Government?

Notice that I am not making excuses for them or for the Hamas rockets.

Truth is that both sides are to blame.

Yet, you only defend the actions of the Israelis.

Now why would that be?

10. obviously. Israel can NEVER do any wrong. This was that silly
group of medicine-carrying terrorists, ramming the side of their boat repeatedly into the front of a poor, defenseless, heavily armed, armored Israeli military boat. Honest! Blame HAMAS! Hamas caused the boat to ram the Israeli boat. Really! Trust me! Trust me! And Carter is a racist! And AIPAC IS OUR GOD!

I am getting rather tired of the 100% pure, unadulterated adulation for everything that Israel does, be it launching illegal cluster bombs to kill children in Lebanon. (They FUCKING RAN OUT OF ILLEGAL CLUSTER BOMBS, they shot off so many. The US had to dig into its inventory to replace them!) Or shutting off the water, electricity, fuel, and food to Gaza, immediately after they signed the 6 month treaty with Palestine.

Israel has never dealt in good faith with Palestine, Hamas, or anyone in that region. They lie, they never fulfill the spirit or letter of any agreement, they assassinate, and they even target civilians, and when civilians are hurt, they prevent medical care from being rendered.

If any other country behaved like Israel, (except the US under Bush) the world (AND the US) would be up in arms. Well, even in Israel, the country's behavior is so repulsive, their lies so transparent, that even a few sites in America are finally taking notice.

25. you are the problem,
and you blind yourself to the war crimes committed by Israel.
well, that seems to be the standard behavior amongst an ever smaller group here. You are entitled to your opinion, to be sure, but I would really hate to be in the same room with you when the truth comes out, and your eyes are finally opened. I suspect the room (and those with you) would suffer rather badly.

I asked (pointed out) possible reasons why cameras weren't "rolling."

their acts of aggression. Why waste your time, Israel has gained a bad reputation because of their unhumanitarian and illegal acts. This is just another one.

16. Bullshit
Are you suggesting the boat rammed itself, or that it provoked armed naval vessels? Small and maneuverable craft in visual contact don't have accidental collisions on the high seas. Ever. The ramming was targeted just forward of midships along the bow, athwart the cabin, exactly where you ram another vessel if you want to sink it. Of course, anytime you ram a vessel anywhere along its waterline, it is with full knowledge that you may sink it. This incident took place at night in rough weather and high seas on a small craft with a greenhorn crew. Had they gone down, they and the boat would be officially "missing" and presumed lost due to inclement conditions. And of course, the attack on the USS Liberty was also an accident.

I certainly didn't suggest the boat rammed itself. As for provoking armed naval vessels, always a possibility.

18. The reason I thought that is because of two issues.
The first, if they're using digital media, is battery power. Nothing worse than rolling continuously and then, when something BIG happens, you have no power. So it's a judgment call, in essence.

Now, if they were using the older B-roll (beta tape, very clear pic) that's a limited supply, there, and perhaps the cameraman didn't want to use up all the tape he had on a sea voyage.

It's impossible to know without speaking to the cameraman. Who knows, he or she may have been knocked a-kilter from the impact of the other vessel, too. Or, he may have been filming but, because of where he was situated, the film wasn't very dramatic. That can happen, sometimes. A big thing happens, but all you see on the video is a slight jump and the sound of a dull thud.

Good points. Actually, this might make the most sense, "Or, he may have been filming but, because of where he was situated, the film wasn't very dramatic."

17. The Israeli gov't committed an act of war against US citizens,
And as "the Bush Doctrine" states, we should attack Israel for it!

What would happen if someone rammed an Israeli vessel? Wouldn't Israel attack them? It seems par for their course. Israelis don't know the meaning of peace, and all they want to do is exterminate the indigenous people from "their" country. What a crock! I don't understand why Bush isn't bombing Israel now!

...according to the Bush Doctrine. But be that as it may, we should prevent Israel from spreading their nukes to other countries, and stop their terrorist acts while we are at it. That's what should be done in Bushworld.
