4. Yeah, that is what the guilty bystanders said about the Native Americans

and the American settlers in the 19th century. Native Americans attacked settlers who illegally settled on their land and the US Government slaughtered the Native Americans in retribution and stuffed any who were still alive on reservations/ghettos. "All's fair in war" is always the motto of the strong -- US Government and Israel -- against the weak -- Native Americans and Palestinians.
