Thousands of protesters gathered in Washington to condemn Israel's attacks in Gaza. They marched from the Israeli embassy to the Egyptian embassy, and demonstrated against Egypt, too. (Jan. 2)

1. I was leaving work downtown DC today

first of all it was a ghost town. I guess the day between New Year's and a weekend is shockingly not a productive day. But on 15th and K there were some sort of people protesting and I don't think it was this.

Something more to do with animals and stuff *shrug*
