It sure as hell doesn't look good from any angle I can see. Just more of the self-perpetuating cycle of violence and reaction from both sides. Where is the leadership to not only solve the short term issue of the war, but the longterm issues that cause this shit in the first place?

The problem is you have to be able to empathize with others point of view, which hard-liners in many countries are unable to do. May cooler heads prevail in the near future.
