This is a 7 minute clip from a Chicago show I think it was 2001.

The premise of the show is they get 3 regular Chicago people from various races, classes etc and they each choose 1 restaurant in the Chicago area they REALLY like. Then they separately go to each other's restaurant. (That part isn't on tv.) Then they each review all 3 restaurants. In this clip the three people are reviewing then State Senator Obama's restaurant.

This episode never aired until last week because the director felt it was uneven and basically Mr. Obama stold the show. :) The whole show was a half hour but this is the longest segment that is posted on youtube.

Somewhere in the show, I'm not sure if it's in these 7 minutes, Mr. Obama mentions "his 2 month old and his 3 year old."
