1. I agree with you. If the powers that be do not go after Bush and his

criminal administration, God help us all. We will descend into the latter stages of collapse as featured here a couple days ago. If there's no faith or confidence in the system, we have nothing. imho

3. So many holes in what these talking heads have said.

YES, President Obama needs to look forward and get this nation back on a sound footing. But we will IGNORE what the crime family has done to our nation's history? We will just let "historians" (many are nothing more than spin meisters who will spew false bull shit to clear their party of any wrong doing)decide of whether justice was done? God, I hope NOT!

The people who administered torture under the higher up orders are immune. They were "following orders", in MHO. But the ADMINISTRATION that authorized it NEEDS TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE.

The bottom line is, if we DON'T investigate and prosecute, then perhaps the next administration can get away with whatever crimes they chose. THIS administration can certainly do the same. We can torture under one administration's rule, and then say "we are not a nation that stoops to this level of crime" with another. That is TOTAL BULL SHIT!

We need to either make the distinction NOW that we will not allow this in the future, or God help us in the future, as administrations will simply ignore the rule of law and do what they chose.

Are we going to be the Evil Empire after all??
