Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. and Mike Papantonio run down this week's stories that the mainstream media did a poor job of reporting - Everything from the ongoing Karl Rove subpoena saga, to the irreversible effects of climate change

1. holding Rove accountable
and not buying in to the crap about only looking forward

we need to prosecute all the criminal behavior of the last administration or we are destined to have it come back at us in the future.

2. 'BLUEPRINT OF TYRANNY' This is why Bush's laws must be checked and undone asap
The chances of Republicans getting back into power and carrying on from where they left off are too great. This is why a committee with teeth must be formed and followed through to justice.

5. I Temporary Disagree for 4 years
I don't think Obama would use the presidental changes and jeopardize his office.

I think Obama should use the new toy list to spy on republicans, from journalists (Rush, Coulter, Hannity, O'Rielly) to Mr. Bush INC. himself.

I also think he could effectly use the toys to look at the suspects of 911. For instance, the razor blades had been delivered to each jets passenger seat of a terrorist, by "WHOM?" Why weren't jets scrambled, or shoot down the passenger jet headed for the pentagon? There are just to many questions unanswered by Congress, who may or maynot have skirted issues and rushed things or covered up things.

We might also look into voter crimes & the RNC.

In any event, for no other reason than payback time, I would like Obama to have his toys for 4 years, and then cut it back. I know that doesn't sound American, but then Bush INC. wasn't Americans or concerned with Americans. Fire with fire.

7. So could this be why Bush said "Obama would thank him"?

4. Restore the Independent Council
It was a mistake to remove the IC after the impeachment of Clinton, mainly for this very reason of investigating corruption and crimes of our government. The IC was the only direct voice WE THE PEOPLE had as a check on our government, outside of our vote. It could operate "independently" of either political party, thus removing politics from the equation.

Yes, Ken Starr corrupted and piged the people's system, but that doesn't mean it is still not a good system that should be reinstated by congress. We need only raise the bar of evidence to stop the frivolous investigations, and find a better means for selecting investigators, maybe a lotto draw of competent-pool of volunteers.

6. None of this could have happened if IMPEACHMENT was still on the table.
