I used to park cars in a wealthy neighborhood of Chicago just across the avenue from the projects. People would score, boil and shoot up, then DRIVE away......at least most had the sense to smoke crack so they would not nod out at the wheel but damn....

I agree with almost everything in that clip, and yet I am filled with sadness and the knowledge that it won't ever happen or ever be given a trial run even...

The prison-industrial complex is nearly as large as the military-industrial complex and they both feed stolen money into the criminal banking industry.

The only solution is legalization and regulation of the drug industry. The taxes alone on this could be used to establish and fully fund a national health care system that would be superior to EVERY current private plan times 10...

Of course, YOU try taking away a politicians easiest club to bash over the heads of the electorate:
