I first must confess to not watching the video (I'm at work). But I have read a news article. Rove MAY be talking to another crook that will defend him in this case. However, he is throwing out the "executive privilege" claim that he will need to avoid talking to congress if they subpoena him. A judge will take one look at it and say "Well, if executive privilege wasn't to prevent you from testifying in a state court, it certainly can't protect you from testifying before congress." And anything he says, under oath, to this repug prosecutor can still be used against him on a perjury charge. So, in a way, it is opening up the floodgates.
