Senators run for President, so they can't tend to their elected jobs. I'm a New Yorker and it didn't bother me one bit. This guy is a big jerk and should be yelling at Bush instead. And upstate New York IS a black hole as far as jobs go, it's always been that way. That's why I'm forced to live on CROWDED Long Island (although I would LOVE to relocate up there).
