How about the "Authorization" For The Use Of Force In Iraq 2002? You know, they bill which stipulated that the "authorization" would only be valid if two conditions were met, that Iraq was proved to have WMD's and that Iraq was responsible for, or aiding in, the 9/11 attacks. Neither was proved, yet Congress ignore this completely. They never need to pass any bills to end the war, they just needed to ENFORCE the authorization bill in the first place. Bush violated the "Authorization" For The Use Of Force In Iraq 2002 bill.
