1. OK then. Signs of intelligent life in congress... but my thinking in 2001 was...

the doubtful legal grounds to attack Afganistan aside,
I thought, watch out about attacking Afganistan,
those aren't dirt farmers, they tough MF and
have proved it by royally buttfucking the Brits and
the Russians over many years. They know insurgency and
have expert knowhow about bleeding an overwhelming
imperial power to death with a thousand cuts.

In short... if you go, make it surgical and get the f* out.

But did they listen to me??? Noooooooooooo... whack wing
*&^%$$^& republicans fucked it up, as they always do.

(as we all know, obviously bin laden wasn't what they
