Those deaths are felony murders. The people responsible should face first degree murder charges.

7. He is correct. This is a matter for the Justice Department, not
Congress or the Oval Office. It's a legal matter, and it should go through the courts. It may become a legislative matter, but the President and Congress have other things they should do. The Justice Department should review the evidence and bring violations of law to trial. After that process is completed, Congress can get involved with its truth commission (which is outside the Constitution).
