Bill Ayers was banned from a Georgia college after enormous conservative uproar forced the administration to uninvite Ayers. But controversy is beginning again in our neck of the woods...Ayers was invited to a local university, and already the conservatives are up in arms about it.

entirely. Who cares what they say. Bill Ayers is a smart guy with opinions. He was never convicted of anything. The only people that ever got hurt were WU (Weather Underground) people. The right is run by a drug addicted draft dodger chickenhawk with no formal education who yaks on the radio. oh yeah, and joe the fake plumber...

That 13 is more than 1/2 the salary of secretary who will likely lose her job due to budget cuts.

9. I was in school on the Upper West Side in those times.

Context is EVERYTHING. (Many in SDS believed he was a plant.) Since then, ol' Bill has don a HEAP o' GOOD WORK. VERY GOOD WORK funded by whacks who have too much money but great that HE was channeling it to where it really needed to go. There's this great quote from I forget whom (senior moment):
