Albert Anastasia was a New York City Cosa Nostra boss remembered for his murderous ways. While watching TV, Anastasia saw a news report about Arnold Schuster. Schuster had called the police to inform them that he had seen infamous bank robber Willie Sutton getting off a New York subway. Anastasia was furious. "I can't stand squealers, hit that guy!" ... so on March 8, 1952, Schuster was murdred. Anastasia didn't care about Willie Sutton - who had no mob connections - but "ratting" was enough to warrant murder as far as Anastasia was concerned.

The newscaster makes mention of Anastasia agreeing to "pose for pictures", about 6 years later this was the last pic Anastasia posed for:
