I can't believe he interpreted Gibbs' "I don't know where he lives" statement as meaning "but I want to find out and come after his family and KILL THEM ALL" rather than as exactly what he said: I don't know what kind of enclave he lives in where no one is suffering, but in MOST PLACES, people are suffering and they are not all people who made horrible decisions and who have no one but themselves to blame.

That's just disingenuous, and he's got to stop hanging with G. Gordon Liddy.
