Arizona Attorney General Terry Goddard told CNNs Kiran Chetry that new ideas were needed to prevent violence in Mexico from spilling over the U.S. border. While Goddard doesnt favor the legalization of marijuana, he thinks it could prevent violence from drug cartels and should be debated.

6. According to what he says at the end: "Marijuana is the number one source of funding...
for the cartels. 60 to 70% of their gross profits comes from marijuana."

I don't know where he gets his figures from, though...

2. Yet another reason to buy American !
Made in the U.S.A. It's also Kentucky's no. 1 cash crop. I'd rather see a bunch of weed growin' hillbillies tending to our Appalachian Mountains instead of allowing THE CLEAN COAL INDUSTRY to come and decapitate 350 million year old hills... http://www.wisecountyissues.com

3. I want funding for research into how to grow weed without stems and seeds.
Those things mess up my bong-hits, and I'm tired of paying for all the stems and seeds in the Mexican shwag. Sometimes it smells like gasoline too. After a day or so it all turns into shake. Those particular shakey bong-hits are too harsh.

5. Does that get rid of the stems too?
Those stems are too thick and heavy and makes my bag weigh more than it sould.

7. Not certain about that.
It might make them smaller cause removing the male plants before they seed the female is supposed to let the female produce fore THC for the buds. I'm not terribly good at it.
