5. If conservatives show a capability for real debate and constructive ideas

that truly inspired intelligent thought, it would benefit the whole country. A two party system is not ideal since it deteriorates easily into win/lose, dualistic posturing resembling team sports. It is very hard to break out of this mentality, but wouldn't it be great to see actual intelligent RESPECTFUL discussions about current affairs by people who are capable of staying out of their juvenile ego selves in mainstream media?

Bolton and his ilk are a part of the paternalistic authoritative system that has run its course, demonstrating its results to all who have eyes to see. Their fear mongering is just evidence of a desperate attempt to regain power, since they are losing ground. I don't advocate shutting anyone out of national discourse, yet hope that as we gain self awareness as individuals and as a collective, people like this will not gain positions of influence.

Most of the people look like the don't-get-out-much sort, troglodytes, dweebs, dorks, and douchebags. The young ones are about the worst -- they mostly look like the types who stay virgins all through college.

And on a random final note I just find it amusing how frequent <i>Countdown</i> guest Richard Wolffe looks like a skinnier KO!
