Bill O'Reilly on Fox News has made baseless, personal attacks on Sean Penn so many times, it was not surprising to see O'Reilly make a false slam against Penn for his speech accepting the best actor Oscar for portraying gay activist politician Harvey Milk. It was still somewhat surprising that no one at Fox News caught Bill O'Reilly's factual error about President Barack Obama's position on gay marriage bans, however, and, as I show in this video, O'Reilly was still repeating his false claim two days later in his discussion with Dennis Miller.

The two clips of Fox News' "The O'Reilly Factor" that I use in this video come from the episodes broadcast on February 23 and 25, 2009.

The clip of Barack Obama's interview on MTV that I use in this video is available online at: http://www.mtv.com/videos/news/314215/senator-barack-obama-talks-proposition-8.jhtml

You can also find Barack Obama opposing California Proposition 8 as early as July 2008 when his opposition to the proposed constitutional amendment banning gay marriage was reported in my local paper, The Sacramento Bee, at:

1. I have to go see this film.... I think it is important that those who
oppose others the rights guaranteed in our Constitution need to be re-schooled.

2. bor is just a shallow, frustrated and hateful old fart....
...and "guru" to so many other shallow, frustrated and disenchanted farts, young and old.

Jesus would tell us to pity this pathetic, shallow human being. I find that damn hard to do, and I guess I'm not a strong enough Christian to pity this man. He is sick, but he is influencing other sick and hateful trash in this country.

The death of those young foreign students in FL rests squarely on his shoulders, and the rest of his hate monger cast. Sick....but deadly.

5. The weakness of Gay Marrage.
Licensing, and that is the #1 defense of the opposition considering if something needs a license then then it's a priviledge and not a right. My only solution, IMO, is to get rid of licensing of marrage.
