It's not clear that the image was of Hispanics. Attacking a unobvious racist comment or image is likely to back-fire and discredits it's sorce. But when people put ads together then know what then are doing.

it was obvious that they wanted you to see that Obama was not white.

That is something too few people understand. Everything in an advertisement, political or otherwise, is discussed and considered to the nth degree. You've got 30 seconds of video to make your point, and that 30 seconds generally costs a lot of money.

Nothing in an advertisement is random.
