That's the way the reporter told it, it's only the TYT woman and their sound guy who said they were different people. I wish they'd let the original report finish so I could have heard what the police chief had to say about the situation--and if that asshole cop was facing any repercussions for his actions.

When I had to call 911 for a really traumatic case, you fucking well better bet my language was off the hook! It wasn't directed at the operator, and they knew it, but still, I was cussing up a fucking storm because of how upset I was.

4. The only good thing I can say...

...is that at least he eventually called an ambulance for the guy. Of course, he tried to cover his ass while doing so -- probably realizing all of a sudden that those calls are monitored, and that he had hung up on someone twice without ever finding out what the situation was.

He should not be doing 911 calls, and he should be suspended without pay for 3 months or so, and then demoted by at least one pay grade. That's my call.

Oh, and of course, the city should be sued and the family should get lots of money for such ill-treatment at the hands of authorities who had the power of life and death over the dad.
