4. Well, covered or covered-up remains to be seen.

Investigation without prosecutions (and/or exonerations) is virtually meaningless. And since these same DC-Dems have tsk-tsked their way past every neocon crime of the past 30 years, it's hard to audaciously hope for, let alone expect, any different in this instance.
