Boies also was the attorney for SCO... The company that tried to claim Linux and Mac OS X infringed upon UNIX copyrights that SCO acquired from Novell.

Fortunately, he lost that one... I think it was dismissed. Most of the IT industry hated SCO and felt the suit was without merit.

He wins big, but also loses big... So I'm nervous.
