The report by CNN of how Pakistan leaders are signaling how a deal might be reached between Afghanistan's Taliban commanders and the United States - via Pakistan's connections. It notes that the only way it is envisioned that this would happen is if the US would apply pressure to India on their military involvement in Pakistan and Afghanistan's government.

Pakistan's ceasefire deal with the Taliban over the Swat valley worked out real well, didn't it.
