1. If they repealed the 2nd amendment people would be screaming. Proof of idiocy.
Since Habeas essentially deflates all of the other rights, it's essentially like repealing all of them. But not a freeper let out a squeel.

What a sorry group of idiots we have in this country. I apologize for saying that. It's a sweeping generalization.
