5. You know it never fails to amuse me how folks try to

rationalize how the estate tax being unfair. Now mind you these same nit wits never once think that taxing lotto winnings as being unfair, after all lotto winners didn't earn the lotto dollars. But isn't that the same thing as the estate tax? They didn't do anything more to earn the estate, other then being a member of a filthy rich relatives family, oh yeah being born was such a hard job. BTW, if I'm not mistaken but the reason it takes so long for the estate to be settled is because of the family suing each other trying to get a bigger slice of the free money from the dead relative.
