I love how the Superintendent gets a raise but the teachers have $250 taken out of each paycheck, after having not had a raise for years.

4. You must break

the teacher's unions and professional associations before you can privatize public education. The storm is not gathering, it's already broken, fully aided, abetted and financed by both parties of our political class, their pockets full of corporate and foundation cash. It has been going on for years. In a generation or less our schools will be run on the same principle as the private prison industry and military contracting. Unless we strike fear into the very souls of Wall Street and its stooges now, our children and grandchildren we be exploited for investment profit at worst and trained to be cheap, docile labor at best. They won't even learn the concept of representative democracy.
