2. I can't believe he's calling out Dean. The bill now is trash and supporting it does not make you
an adult. It makes you a sell-out.

then work on it than choose to go back to reinventing the wheel. The system they offer isn't ideal but I don't see it being as doomsday as some predict. I think Dean has just got too jaded with the whole process and is throwing the towel in. I know what he wants ideally we all want that but we have to get this out the door to make anything a reality at this point. People won't get extorted because despite all said to the contrary I still believe that isn't who Pres. Obama is, he's just had a lot dilemmas to decide upon that generally make no-one happy whatever he decides.

One Civil rights veteran said we didn't get all rights at once we started with a little and then gained even more. He went on to say we knew it's going to be hard but kept fighting on for more justice. As Malloy has even said people of all backgrounds in that similar struggle against corporations and yeah consult an african american friend in how you deal with that, because it goes on and it's relentless, and you never win the fight by giving in. Some may think how dare corporations do this to us, well they dare and it's a similar bigotry just the story of 'dead peasants' insurance speaks a million words, we're worthless to them. Fight to make it better if that's at all possible at this stage but I still feel it's the right direction to get it passed. It's easy to blame the Lieberman's and the like but the real culprits that muckied the process is big business to where Lieberman thinks his actions are acceptable.

9. Its weak to sign this bill into law. just like it was weak to agree to lower wages, and subprime
loans.

10. Rockefeller slams GOP
Unfortunately, it feels like everything that progressives wanted has been given away. The Dems have some "splainin" to do, and so far none of them have explained how this is good for Americans. On the other hand, sounds like it's been all good for he insurance companies.

11. This WILL open the door.
Pass nothing, and the door closes. Good luck getting it back after that.
Good luck hanging on to Congress after that.
It's a starting point, not an ending point...yet.
