Congressman Pascrell grills the Salahis on their appearance at the White House dinner - and they refuse to answer even the most basic of questions about that night, even so far as to refuse a question about whether Salahi was wearing a tuxedo or not. Pascrell goes on to say he hopes they are pursued to the full extent of the law for their lack of cooperation. An interesting round of political theater to say the least.

1. Pascrell makes a good point about how racial profiling wouldn't have done a thing

albeit he doesn't always make the point in the most politically correct way, he does have a point to make about it being unreliable - especially given the case in hand.

2. Lawyer's advice: Name, address, that is it. Nothing else. You should not selectively...
answer questions when you invoke, lest some court determine that you waived the privilege.

3. I think what they did was correct
considering if they talk it could only hurt them. There is a great video series out on the web called "Don't Talk to the Police" by Professor James Duane. Find it and watch it. He says never talk, it will never help and could only hurt your chance in court. I agree as do many in law enforcement.
