She called her "cabrona."

I know this insult is mainly used by Puertoricans to refer to men that have been cheated on. (cabron). I'm not sure what the connotation would be for the female version (cabrona), which is what Lopez used. Any Puertoricans here? I've heard Mexicans use the term but it might have a different meaning for Mexicans.

She said Palin "la cabrona". "crazy bitch" is how it's being interpreted by the media. I know "cabrona" is an insult, and "crazy bitch" more or less reflects how bad the insult is, but I am not 100% sure what it means.
