be true in the future but it should not deflect from the help the US and the military are giving in this situation.

a one-size-fits-all response to any crisis situation that might be addressed in any way by the military.

There's no shortage of legitimate criticisms of US interventions in Haiti and elsewhere, both this one and in the past. But this toon is pure bullshit. Rall never misses a chance to demonize soldiers as bloodthirsty murderers, even when they're doing nothing of the sort. He is too often the right's caricature of the antiwar left.
